  • Having attempted to manage my pre diabetes diagnosis by myself for the past two years, blood tests showed that I had moved into the diabetic range. I was also struggling to lose weight and had been suffering with a trapped sciatic nerve which was impacting my mental and physical health. Six months later, I have managed to get back in to pre diabetes, have lost two stone, the sciatic nerve pain is less intense and l am stronger and fitter.
