Hello, I'm Sue, a mother of two, a specialist in your intrinsic biomechanics using as the foundation for strength training and a dedicated skin cancer prevention advocate. My journey into wellness is deeply personal, shaped by my experiences both as a mother of two teenage girls and as a survivor of cancer. Having faced my own battles with wellbeing, I understand the challenges of maintaining a consistent, healthy lifestyle when juggling the demands of life.

In 2014, surviving cancer became a pivotal moment in my life, inspiring me to leave behind a 25-year career and embark on a new journey dedicated to helping others achieve their wellness goals. Since 2015, I’ve been training clients in my private boutique studio nestled between York and Harrogate.

As someone who has personally navigated midlife hormonal changes and dedicated years to researching the subject, I bring a deep understanding and empathy to my work. Alongside my certifications as a Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, Movement Specialist (through the Intrinsic Biomechanics Association), and Meditation Teacher, I take a holistic approach to physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. My goal is to provide personalised solutions tailored to your unique needs, helping you feel supported and empowered every step of the way.

Weight training is central to my method because it's inclusive and effective for everyone, regardless of age or ability. My clients experience incredible transformations, gaining strength and confidence that positively impacts every aspect of their lives.

When working with me helping you change your mindset, to believe in yourself and helping you to be positively selfish with your time each week, the ripple effect I see with all my clients, is huge. Just focusing on yourself can transform not only your body but your entire outlook on life. I'm incredibly passionate about empowering everyone that I work with, to become the best version of themselves. I also aim to support women through menopause with a new dedicated online courses and in person events this year, designed to provide education, empathy and empowerment. This platform serves as a comprehensive resource, offering support and guidance for women undergoing this significant life transition.
